Horror film set in California in 1985. Three Vietnam vets are targeted by the government in a top secret project that turns normal men into terminators. When Leroy (Notaro) is caught after slaughtering a restaurant full of people he is happily sentenced to death. When government agents come to question Leroy's friend Marty (Celentano), Marty slowly soaks in what is happening around him. Realizing his friends were being programmed to kill, and his ties with Leroy make him next, he and his wife Susan (Stark) embark on a dangerous mission to save Skully (Melville-Smith), another buddy from the war, while trying to find the reason behind the conspiracy. Marty is constantly haunted by flashbacks to Vietnam. Will saving his friends bring him peace?
